We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn items. Please email us at customercare@benalor.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and ensure the item arrives back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Full eternity bands
- Sale items
Conditions of Return
- Items must be in brand new, unworn condition
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
