At Benalor, each piece of jewelry is made to order, ensuring that your product is crafted with the utmost care and precision. As such, our standard processing time for all orders is up to 4 weeks. This allows us to create your bespoke item to the highest quality standards.
Shipping Method & Delivery: Once your order is ready, we ship via SF Express for domestic Hong Kong orders and to Singapore, and FedEx for all international orders. All shipments include full insurance coverage, ensuring your jewelry is protected throughout the delivery process.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Processing time: 3-4 weeks for production.
- Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery time will depend on the destination, but you can expect it to arrive within 1-2 business days for domestic Hong Kong orders.
Please note, shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays. We will always notify you if there are any significant changes to your expected delivery date.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all domestic Hong Kong orders. For international shipping, please reach out to us and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address. All shipments include full insurance for your peace of mind.
Customs & Duties (United States): For orders shipping to the United States, please be aware that customs and duties fees may be applicable and will be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Benalor is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
