These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.benalor.com (the “Site”), and any purchase made through our store. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors or textures perfectly. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
2. Ordering & Payment
Benalor uses secure third-party payment processors via Shopify. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
All orders are subject to review and approval. In the case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All Benalor pieces are made-to-order. Standard production time is 3–4 weeks, including shipping time. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Benalor piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on unworn items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@benalor.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned and received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Full eternity bands
- Sale items
Conditions of Return
- Items must be in brand new, unworn condition
- Must be returned in original Benalor packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- We are not liable for lost, uninsured, or damaged return shipments
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and accepted. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
5. Lifetime Warranty
Please see our Lifetime Warranty page for full details. Manufacturing defects are covered, but loss, theft, and damage due to improper care are excluded.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, logos, designs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Benalor or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Benalor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site, products, or services. All items are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty beyond what is explicitly stated.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Benalor uses tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and personalize experiences. Data collected may be shared with third parties such as Meta (Facebook), Shopify, or analytics providers for advertising and reporting purposes.
By using this Site, you consent to this data collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Compliance with Platform Policies
Benalor complies with Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy and Meta’s Advertising Policies. We do not promote or sell prohibited products and will remove or update content to remain compliant with platform rules.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchases made will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
