Complimentary Resizing Policy
We want your jewelry to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer a complimentary resizing service for eligible rings purchased directly from us.
What’s Included
- Domestic customers receive one complimentary resize up to 1 US size up or down from the original size.
- This service covers labor and, where applicable, round‑trip shipping within your country.
If you need to resize by more than 1 US size, we will first check with our workshop to confirm whether resizing is structurally possible. In some cases, the ring may need to be remade to maintain its quality and integrity, and that remaking service will incur a fee based on the specific item and materials. We will provide a clear quote before proceeding.
International Clients
- For international clients, the client is responsible for the shipping fee to and from our workshop.
- The resizing itself (up to 1 US size, when structurally possible) remains complimentary, but you will cover the cost of return shipping.
When Resizing Is Not Possible
- Full eternity rings (bands with stones all the way around) generally cannot be resized safely. In these cases, the ring will need to be remade in the new size, and we will inform you of the applicable remake fee.
- Some complex designs may also limit or prevent resizing. If this applies to your ring, we’ll let you know at the time of the order or request.
How to Request a Resize
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the new size you’d like.
- If you’re in our domestic market, we’ll confirm whether the resize is within the complimentary 1‑size range or if it requires a remake. For international orders, we’ll confirm the resize option and let you know the expected shipping cost.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and any return‑shipping labels needed.
Please note that resizing may take additional production and shipping time, and that resizing by an outside jeweler may affect eligibility for future service or warranty coverage.
