Our fine jewelry is made-to-order with the highest-quality materials, but in the rare case that something needs repair, we’re here to make it right.

What's Covered

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Benalor piece. Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Stone tightening or replacement if a diamond becomes loose or falls out due to a defect
  • Prong repairs or re-tipping when required due to normal wear
  • Clasp, chain, or setting issues resulting from production flaws

These services are free of charge for the lifetime of your Benalor jewelry, as long as the issue stems from normal wear and not external damage.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind the quality of our work, the following are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty:

  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage
  • Chips or cracks caused by excessive force or impact
  • Damage due to improper care, storage, or unauthorized repair
  • Resizing requests beyond the initial complimentary period

If your piece requires repairs outside the scope of the warranty, we’ll always provide a transparent quote and guide you through your options

How to Use Your Warranty

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We’ll evaluate whether the service is covered and provide next steps.
  3. If eligible, you can send your jewelry to our workshop for inspection and repair.
  4. Return shipping and handling fees may apply for international customers.

Please note: Benalor’s Lifetime Warranty is valid only if the piece has not been altered or serviced by an outside jeweler.
