We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Benalor piece. Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Stone tightening or replacement if a diamond becomes loose or falls out due to a defect
• Prong repairs or re-tipping when required due to normal wear
• Clasp, chain, or setting issues resulting from production flaws

These services are free of charge for the lifetime of your Benalor jewelry, as long as the issue stems from normal wear and not external damage. Shipping costs for warranty service outside Hong Kong are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping:

• Hong Kong (Domestic): All domestic orders are shipped via SF Express with full insurance coverage. Enjoy free shipping on all Hong Kong orders, with delivery expected within 1-2 business days once your order is ready.
• International: International orders are shipped via FedEx with full insurance coverage. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price. These are assessed by local customs authorities upon delivery, are outside of our control, and remain the responsibility of the client.
  

Returns & Exchanges

• Every Benalor piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
• If your piece arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please email us at customercare@benalor.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Complimentary Resizing

What's Included

• Domestic customers receive one complimentary resize up to 1 US size up or down from the original size.
• If you need to resize by more than 1 US size, we will first check with our workshop to confirm whether resizing is structurally possible. In some cases, the ring may need to be remade to maintain its quality and integrity, and that remaking service will incur a fee based on the specific item and materials. We will provide a clear quote before proceeding.

International Clients

• For international clients, the resizing itself (up to 1 US size, when structurally possible) remains complimentary.
• The client is responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop.
• To avoid your piece being taxed a second time when it returns to you, resizing shipments must follow our repair shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending your piece, and we will provide the correct declaration details and shipping labels. Items sent without following these instructions may incur customs charges that are the responsibility of the client.

To keep your Benalor jewelry looking its best, follow these simple care guidelines:

• Clean gently: Use warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals: Substances like hairspray, chlorine, bleach, toothpaste, and other abrasives can dull the shine of gold and damage gemstones.
• Inspect regularly: Check for loose stones or prongs. If you notice anything unusual, stop wearing the piece and contact our customer care team for assistance.
• Handle with care: Remove your jewelry during physical activities, and store each piece separately to prevent scratches and tangling.
